Debra Steinbacher is a Master Sculptor having studied under internationally known sculptors Judith Klawitter and Jack Johnston. Her first public showing was in New York in 2002 at the International Toy Fair and was a huge success. In 2003, she was commissioned to create two “Aggies” as a welcome gift for the newly appointed President of Texas A&M, Dr. Robert Gates. Dr. Gates was the former CIA Director and is the current Secretary of Defense. Her works are in private collections in numerous states across the nation. Debra uses polymer clay, a vivid imagination and just the right accessories to complete the sculpture. Her three grown children are what she is most proud of, as they were her first and most important creations. |
